Don’t Let Your Money Go Unclaimed!

In most cases, the government will hold any excess funds for a limited time.  After that time, it will automatically go to the government coffers.  

They won’t hide this information from you, but don’t expect someone to call and tell you that you have some money waiting for you.

And why is that?

Simply because if the money stays unclaimed for too long, you lose your right to claim it and they get to keep it!
